This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using the My Legacy Gift website and its services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

 
1. Nature of Services

My Legacy Gift provides digital content creation services (hereinafter the -Project-) by customizing and formatting materials provided by the customer using third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Blogger, Google Sites). We do not provide legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advisory services. Any information included in the created projects is published solely at the initiative and under the responsibility of the customer.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (As-Is)

Services are provided on an -as is- and -as available- basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure high-quality work, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the following:

  • Availability: Constant availability of the Project on the Internet, or for disruptions, blocks, or termination of services by the platform owners (Google LLC, YouTube, etc.);
  • Technical Failures: Uninterrupted operation of Google services or other platforms, or for data security in case of changes to their policies or technical conditions;
  • Storage: Archival or lifelong storage of materials, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
3. Responsibility for Content and Customer Warranties

The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, reliability, and correctness of the provided materials (texts, photos, videos, personal data). By submitting materials, the Customer warrants that:

  • They possess all necessary rights for their use;
  • The content does not violate applicable laws (including, but not limited to, laws regarding libel, copyright, and privacy rights) and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer. In the event of third-party claims related to the Project content, the Customer agrees to resolve them independently and at their own expense.

4. Third-Party Services and Links

Projects are created based on Google services and other third-party platforms. We do not control their technical infrastructure, rules, or policy changes. Our Projects may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Legacy Gift (including its employees and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the created Project, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Given the low cost of services, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

6. Amendments and Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to update this Disclaimer at any time by publishing the current version on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version of the document.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
